Highland Roadways to Recovery partners with multiple treatment facilities across Indiana, as well as local community corrections and health clinics, to provide comprehensive recovery solutions for individuals and families seeking a path to healing and wellness.

Requirements for referrals:

It is highly recommended that the referral process begin no later than 3 days prior to discharge. This allows staff to review clinical appropriateness, communicate with referring facility regarding any questions or concerns, and lastly, schedule requested services.

Transfer of care

4. If care is being transferred from another provider such as primary care office or the patient is being discharged from an inpatient/residential stay they must be given at least 2 weeks of medications.
